I have been to daytona plenty of times for spring break but not yet to panama city. Can someone who has been to both let me know how its different . I will be in PCB the first week of april. Thanks.

I went to Daytona last summer and it was the worst experience of my life...the clubs are the size of my dorm...its the only beach on the face of the earth that you cannot legally drink on (might be different for SB), and the beach is garbage.

Panama is the way to go bro.

daytona is known for more of a highschool spring break destination. I went there twice in highschool, and it was fine for then, but not for college crowds! Panama City is a lot better!

Yea...Daytona is for kids who's mom have written their names of the tags of their coats. Go to PCB, you won't regret it!

Thanks for the replies, iam not debating where to go i have already booked at the Boardwalk beach resort i was just wondering how the two were different. I had a good time in daytona , but iam expecting alot more from PCB. All you need to have a good time is good friends some girls and some booze.

Daytona is a cruising beach, where cars are permissable, creating a different atmosphere. And being on the Atlantic, the beach and water is rougher, not as nice. Panama City's beach is soft white sand, warmer waters, and as such, more female friendly.
