Proscuitto and mozzarella are the best!!! Lasagna is not that great of a italian dish....what are you talking about. I can make the best italian dish's out there like chicken parm...now thats the *****! Only north jersey italians know what real italian food is! You go any other place, even central or south jersey and their italian food is fake garbage. The biggest joke are the chain restaurants that try to serve italian food, I had that one time and i almost through up. Ok well I am done going off on my tangent. Can't wait for PC in less than a month!!

i used to go out with this girl from L.I and her mom made the best italian food ever, from stuffed shells to mozzarella to pasta to raviolly...omg and the sauce, mmmm
