Dress Code
Club LaVela and Spinnaker have very lose dress codes during Spring Break. You can wear pretty much about anything. They allow sneakers and shorts. You might be able to get away with a tank top, but I have never worn one there, so I am not 100%. However, if you want to get into the VIP rooms like the P#$$Y Cat Lounge you have to dress to impress!!!!! All the other clubs have similar policies......

You go early when its not crowded, know someone who works there, or your just a true baller who comes regularly and spends like its nothing. Not sure about the POSH lounge at La Vela, from what I see on there site it's a super VIP environment.

Like Daniel said you have to be there early and know someone. As for LaVela's Posh Lounge, All it takes is the right look. If you wear a nice button up, Kaki or slacks, and some aligator shoes you will be fine.

I think I can accomodate only if it gets sponsored by Red Stripe and says Red Stripe: HOORAY BEER on the side.

I already tried the tube sock once and it didn't work. Everyone called me a homo and beat my *****.
I don't recommend it.Usually if you have some hot ladies with you, they'll let you in. |

Just wear a collared shirt guys, and you should have no problem getting in. It's Florida, keep in mind, not New York City and during Spring Break as well. The dress code will not be hardly strict at all. If you look like you just got dragged out of an alleyway brawl though, I think any bouncer would kick you out of their bar though.
