FYI - if you call those places or visit their website, they may tell you they're full... but the way this works is that each hotel allots a certain number of rooms to a booking service like us, at a certain rate. The hotel has to keep those rooms available to the booking service per their agreement... so, even though the hotel may say they are full on the phone, they could indeed have open rooms that have been alloted to booking services like us (or Orbitz, Hotels.com, Travelocity, etc)

If the rooms show up as available through a booking service, they have to be reserved through that booking service. Knowhatimean?
