We will be driving out on friday night on the way to panama, and i was wondering what state on the way will have the cheapest liqour. Indiana, tennesee, alabama, kentucky... I think almost all those states also sell everclear, so i will deff be picking up a couple of bottles of that...

I think Indiana has a store right over the Mich - Indiana border that has really cheap liquor. I'm not sure though. I've never bought booze on the way down before, but I think we're planning on it this year. Stock up with some half gallons of Bacardi.

I think we are going to try and stop at the jack daniels distillery on the way down to to check that out, maybe they will sell some cheap jack there...

we did that last year and really all it does is add time to your drive. when we had to buy more booze during the week we saw it was like the same price and we had bought ours in west virginia which is pretty cheap.

Indiana def sells everclear and there prices for alcohol are pretty cheap. We are driving from Chicago so we are planning on stopping in IN to pick some stuff up on the way down to FLA.

You can't buy Jack from the distillery in Tennessee. Jack is made in a dry county.

If you pass a Sam's Club anywhere in Indiana on your way down, I'd recommend stopping there. You have to be a member to buy groceries, etc. there but anyone can go in and buy alcohol. It's by far the cheapest we have in Bloomington but you won't pass it on your way down.

I just bought a handle of vodka and a handle of rum for $10.99/each. You can get cases of Natty Light and other similar "great" beers for $11.99 or $12.99

you will get ripped off in alabama. it sucks here. tennessee and florida can bet any alabama prices.

Due to the time we were driving through indiana, it was too late to buy there. the only place i could buy was in alabama, and it was a RIP OFF. Everclear was almost 20 bux a fifth. Thats about 6 bux more per bottle than illinois. When you are buying 7 bottles, that adds up!!

this might be too obvious, but why didn't you wait until Florida then?

yea next time stop in at florida before hand. maybe even a good idea to stop in a small town shop to load up. i assume that the stores in pc would be pretty packed and might be out of some stuff when you get there. dont know from experience but would seem likely. or just bring some from your state if you have the time.

ok im a doomass. the liquor stores we not too packed out. the best place to go is the one in the wal mart.

Florida does not sell everclear, and neither does michigan where i live. thats why we had to stop on the way... Its not spring break without 190 proof
