Great pictures Meli, I see you didn't do the braids after all and you used a hair straightener a couple of time, nice! So give us the scoop, what was it like? How was the weather? What all did you do down there? How did the ocean look? Was the water clear?

we went to coyote ugly & latitudes too !
& yeah i decided to not get the braids lol, didn't have enough $$ anyways!
the whole trip was great though! the weather wasn't too bad,, didn't that too much of a tan,, well we really only tanned on the first & last day! it rained one day but that was the day of the shopping trip so that worked out good.. the other days it was nice out but no sun , so we pretty much walked up&down front beach rd. lol, got some souvenirs & ate too much! the water was really pretty, somewhat clear, but i'm sure it's a lot more clear in the summer months! but it was too cold to go into anyways, all we did really was wet our feet while walking along the beach
overall though it was a great trip!

melissa you stayed at the same place as we are going to.. how was the hotel??

the hotel wasn't too bad ,, it had a nice view & it's right on the beach so that was good .. my friend brought her laptop & the free wireless connection wasn't working, but i heard that it was working for others.. but since it wasn't working, the manager was nice to let us into his office where the connection did work lol
.. the continental breakfast was okayy.. from 7-9am.. they have cereal, milk, bagels, toast, & english muffins, coffee .. the juice machines weren't working & there wasn't any water .. the pool area is really nice! the hot tub is really small though & every1 wanted to go @ the end of the night after the bars & sometimes they were too full to even try to get in
.. there aren't many good restaurants around.. hooters is right next door, i didn't mind the food but my friends hated it! we walked to the waffle house, about 30 mins up the street.. & across from it is this Italian Bistro, the best italian restaurant i've ever eaten at! i recomment going there
.. but about the rooms, the maids aren't that great with cleaning, if you leave your booze out ont he desk & the desk is really messy, they don't clean it! & if you leave ONE thing on the bed, they won't make it! they'll leave you with a stupid note explaining how they can't touch your posessions.. the ONLY thing we left on the bed was a small clutch purse, which could easily be removed, so whatever.. & we were eating crackers while drinking & made a huge mess, soo many crumbs, & the maids didn't clean them! jeez.. & definitely don't rely on the hotel towels as something to bring on the beach, they're really small!
but honestly i can't complain too much about the hotel, it's cheap & it's made for spring break

what hotel did u stay at mel...me and some buddies are goin down there from the 17th-21st and we're staying at the Paradise Found Resort, it looks pretty nice but maybe i can get someone's input who's seen it before in person. Thanks!
