This is my first time down and me my freinds are wonderin if we should buy these cards for La Vela and the others. Wat do you think? Has anyone ever used one?

I'm still up in the air on the card thing. We are only going to be there for Weds - Sat nights and while I like the idea of free beer, I am more of a night owl and may not be looking to get there right at 7 to get some beers. At the same time, they say it's no line no cover at those places with the card.

Can anyone verify that? that they didn't wait in line and that there was not some hidden thing were you have to still pay cover if it's after a certain time, etc?

With the Panamaniac Card, you still have to wait in line. The have a special line for card holders, but seeing how most people there at that time have the card, there is a line. The free cover is only 7-9, so if you get there after 9, you don't get free cover.

I appreciate the clarification. In that case I'll probably end up passing on it. I can't be obligated to be somewhere that early. I need to fly by the seat of my Khakis.
