Just wondering, what happens if you get caught underage drinking in florida? i am from michigan they give you a breathalizer test and you get an MIP (minor in possesion). You usually have to follow up and go to court. How about down there? and are they very strict on the drinking? Whats the best hotel for partying?

unless you're a total mess/dangerous (to yourself or others) it's likely not going to be an issue.

Just like previously said, unless you are outrageous, which i guess if you are 16 and wasted isnt hard, you wont be in any trouble.

but if you have none, they send you straight to jail, don't pass go, don't collect $200.

yea cutiepie6969 we're gonna be down there reppin MSU the same week! But bring the booze cuz I heard its easy to get caught if you try and buy down there, plus prices will be jacked up as it changes hands

last year, some of my friends were caught walking around with cups at night. a cop said they can get the choice of going to jail or picking up 100 beer cans off the beach. they chose the beer cans, and said it was funny cause they were all drunk.
