Does anyone know what they are through the various states?

Since you're coming from Nebraska you won't come through Indiana, but the speed limit is 65 for the Indiana portion I believe at least so probably similar across the board.

well I'm stopping in Chicago first so it looks like I prolly will go through Indiana, I should have mentioned that tidbit in the first post.

65 mph sucks, here in good 'ole Nebrasky we have it at 75 mph and everyone does 80.

Oh well it will help save on gas I guess.

It's 75 when you hit Alabama, so I would do nothing over 8 mph over the limit.

here in jersey the limit is 55-65... so we do 90 ...

Just get behind another spring breaker that has a radar detector. That late at night there ain't many cops out. I think I saw one the whole way down there last year. We drove 85-90 most of the time last year.

Watch out if you are from the North. A couple years back the car in front of us blew a tire so we stopped to help. A police officer pulled over later and we started talking to him and he said if you are from the south you are fine, then said its the Yankees from the North that get the tickets.

Forget using someone who has a radar in front of you as an escort. 3 years ago we were being escorted by the people in front weather they knew it or not and we were doing about 90. He pulls us and 2 others over at the same time. Took him about 4 mins to do it though. We ended up not getting a ticket, just a strong warning, guess he met his quota for the month or something but I had no clue how how you pull over 3 people at once till he did it. Be careful whatever you do.
