I'm on the "Run on the eliptical and lift weights and eat light and healthy diet" through the week but on the weekends I some how manage to get ahold of some chicken wings and cheesy fries. Yum! Very smart of me.

to hell with the elliptical machine, lol. I hate that thing. I'll stick with running on the treadmill and lifting weights, eating healthy, but lots of protein diet. oh and tons of water.

I went to school and got a degree in health and sports studies and do athletic training at a fitness facility at home....and i have to agree with idrivefast...elliptical machines are popular but arent very accurate...they often say you burn a hell of a lot more calories than you actually do....tredmills are better for you, but i prefer running outside if possible, its not as bad on your joints.....but since I woke up this morning and it was -28 and -41 with the windchill thats not an option

Sweat N Springbreak
I need to start working on the stomach ,
and Im not talking about situps Im talking about the posability of drinking every day of the break,I know theres plenty of things to do in PCB than drink like get a sun tan and pet the dolphins (ha).
I know theres also drinking on the beach, how about Puewwkking (sorry 4 the bad Lauguage) get a ticket and pay loot to save the beach fondation DON'T BE BAREFOOTED ON THE BEACH

Oh I agree with you 100%. Treadmills do burn alot more calories than the elliptical but im bound to it for a while cause I sprained my ankle about 4 weeks ago.

Sooo I've got some bad news..

First my friends bailed, but I was on the prowl for another one to come with me at least but then the other night my poor mommy went into the hospital and has been out of work for a few days which puts us behind in our bills.. I'm not about to let our power go out so I'm going to help out with some of the stuff but that means it comes out of the "Spring Break Fund." So it looks like I'm not going to PCB this spring break ... but I want everyone to have a blast for me, send me some beads or something! lol I'm sad I wont get to meet you guys, because you guys are great but I'll be there next year!!

yeah my family is the most important thing.. there will be other spring breaks! and if i can get the money then i'll definitaly be there, but as of right now it doesn't look like i'll be making my way up there.
