PCB from London - impossible!?
Can't find a direct flight. /bangs head
The only way is via Atlanta but don't want to be flying for like 12 hours. I am a bad enough flyer as it is. ![]() I can't believe there is no direct airline route from London to at least Tallahassee. At least then we could get a hire car and drive 2 hours. Looks like either Miami or Cancun. Can any of you guys give me some recommendations. It'll just be me and my cousin. First time over the water for Spring Break. Can't wait.

The ride from Orlando to PCB isn't a bad one at all. I've made it several times.
You can knock it out in five hours or so if you want to... Or, you could just postpone your trip to PCB until 2037 when they finally finish the new International airport. |

Is the greyhound a bus service? If so what is the time frame? I'm assuming it'll be scaled in years rather than hours haha.
That may be a better idea than getting a rental car as I could see it being trashed or stolen or something. Or maybe I'd take the wrong lane and end up driving on the wrong side of the road... d'oh. Mmmm I need beer. None of that crappy American stuff either. Some proper European lager. ;) |

I've made that trip before, too. It took about eleven hours to get here because they stop in every podunk gas station/bus station in Florida on the way up. |

Lovely - thanks chaps.
That Greyhound looks ideal. If I'm correct it's about 70-80 bucks each for an advanced ticket return journey??? Sounds very cheap. However as it's a long journey & considering flight times and hotel booking times this is going to take a little organising. Will update this thread when I've got a clearer idea on what I'm booking up. I don't know why but I'd rather go PCB than any other destination at the moment. I think it's just a feeling I have. |

Personally, I would bite the bullet and take the hour flight from Atlanta to PCB. 11 hours on a Greyhound bus is misery. You can always drink on a flight. They serve liquor if you don't like American beer.

I don't know...give me two extra drunken hours on a plane over twelve sober hours next to some meth addict on a bus.
