Need the cheapest hotel EVER!!

My girls and I are going to Panama City this year for Spring Break (March 22-29) we are looking for the CHEAPEST hotel!! We don’t care what it looks like, where it’s at (well not on a bad side of town) we don’t care if it’s not right on the beach, we just want it cheap! We will only be in the room to get ready and MAYBE spend the night! Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Welcome to the forums!!!

Are you driving down, rental, what??

I would suggest Sugar Sands Motel on the west end of the beach... The only draw back to the west end of the beach is that you would have to drive to the parties...

We are driving. I'm not really worried about that we have a 'mom' of the group. She doesn't drink that much! Good for us bad for her! lol

Yeah then I would suggest Sugar Sands Motel,

It is locally owned, on the west end, on the water, and they just got new furniture... And the rooms are actually nice, kinda homey feeling, haha...

You can give them a call @ : 850-234-8802

The mom would love it...

I stayed at a pretty cheap one a few years ago when I was here...I don't remember the name. It had a Dolphin or a fish of some sort out front? It had a bed and I wasn't robbed or anything. It did the trick.

Anyone know the name of it?

It was the Beach Club Motel...I'm pretty sure it's still open. It's not exactly the sort of place that seems to do year-round business.

if you're talking cheap cheap. i would recommend The Plaza Motel. it's right across the street from the days inn, locally owned, right next to a liqour store, the pools open 24 hours and motel has a bar of some sorts right next to the pool. those are the pluses. the rooms well, you get what you pay for. i stayed there a couple summers ago with a bunch of buds and the rooms were about $100 a night. we weren't looking for a week of luxury so it was bearable. apparently they remodeled recently so who knows what you'll get.

if your looking for a cheap hot spot on the beach the Chateau is definately the way to go. it's right next to the days inn also and beachfront. they're pretty leniant on security which is a major plus. just make sure you check your room out right when you get there for broken furniture or anything else, they screwed us on our deposit last time we stayed there. im from cincinnati and me and my boys will be staying there march 22-29 also. what part of ohio do you happen to be from?
