long beach....got a good deal on a 1 bedroom from an owner on vrbo ($700)

anything i should know about this place?? im on tower 3, 11th floor....its beach front and i know its sister to the edgewater right in the middle of the strip

march 8th till march 15......7 nights

Not bad at all. I've noticed that prices have dropped dramaticly in the past few days for hotels. There were several that ranged from 170 to 250 nightly and now they are like 100 to 150.

Still clueless as to where I wanna stay this year.

well i dunno much about long beach but its nicelly priced and it has good reviews so i gave it a try....i was thinkin either the top of gulf or edgewater, but then went with long beach

Its a good thing, cause JSeals99, Countrygirl, and I can vouch that Edgwater isn't were you wanna be if your wanting to party 24/7.

I know prices change constantly but this may be b/c they're having problems renting rooms out? idk, just a wild guess.

we not big hotel party guys anyway, we stayd at the days inn and it was crazy and nuts but we avoided alot of the loud people.....i dunno, maybe is comes wit age since we all 25

we mostlly just party at the clubs/bars and go crzy there

We stayed at Long Beach last year and it isn't a party hotel. Its nice you can stand on the balcony and see the strip or see the ocean from the other side. Spring fling car show will be in town March 8th and 9th. We come down for that. We will be down March 7-10 staying off Thomas Dr this year. We are older too I guess you would say..26, 27, 29, 35 and we have a couple babies coming with us two 18 year olds.
