have they said anything about who/what they are bringin with them for the break...has anybody heard anything i hope they are still coming in full force with some stuff that will shut the beach down and make it worth the hype they are makeing...

they are pretty tight lipped so far...most of the events happen last minuet. But one of the sales reps on the phone said that they have game shows and stuff. And if u booked with student city then you get to have a chance at being one of the contestants..

I have a feeling student city prolly fed you a line ****.......Ive been there a couple times during springbreak when mtvu has showed up and i dont think it has anything to do with who you came to springbreak with....im sure ppl who booked thru student city has the same odds of getting picked as someone else.....anyways yea most ppl dont get mtvu unless they pay extra for it...its been around for several years

actually we get into the concerts and the show tapings free. Maybe a student city rep can clear this up.

Yea, you don't get an extra chance of being on a tv show...the reps are going to tell you anything just so you sign up. It's open casting for everyone, they film it on the beach so yea you can watch the tapings and concerts...cuz it's free to everyone...lolz

That's like when the rep tells you get 50+ hours of free drinking and food and stuff...lolz, those are those times like 7-9 everyday that no one is @ the bar and the bar gives it out free beer to everyone.

Seriously save yourself some money/time, book the trip yourself it's much cheaper/better you can go whenever you want, fly though whatever you want, and pay whatever you want. Studentchitay it so gay with their fuel charges and extra expenses, they just want to steal your money.

so are the concerts free then?

The concerts are all free for the MTVu thing. They are all right out on the beach. Anyone can get into the game shows too. You need to wait in line at a certain time and try to get selected. You don't get special treatment for going through Student City.

regardless what i get i'll have fun. I really dont care. Ive stayed at the boardwalk before. Great location. And i got a good deal. The location is worth the price if u ask me.

well this is my first time being right in the middle of the strip and clubs..stayed at sunspree last year...

Staying at the Boardwalk is definitely great because you are within a short, drunken stumble from Spinnaker, LaVela, and Hammerhead Freds.

As an experienced veteran, I would have to say the top 3 places to stay are definitely Boardwalk, Summit, and Chateau.
