Yep pretty hard to control, the only sure to be fair solution I can think of would be to let the Administration deliberate and choose a winner following their criterias...

Wow, I can't believe I missed all that action. Both contests on the board were marred by controversy. It's sad, really.

DL deserved to win this title, he really did capture PCB in his video between calm sunsets, wild beach parties, the cars, the bars, and everything in between. Skeelo had a great video as well, I think he's a worthy second place.
