Is the Casa Loma any good?
I haven't seen many people say they're staying there...if anybody has, is it a pretty good place? They're not too strict are they?
I'm just afraid if I book there, we'll get down there and the place will be dead, especially since my SB is March 1-8. |

I stayed there in '06 and it was fun, but we always wanted to be closer to the big stuff, lots of walking and Harpoon Harrys became our best friend, they arent strict about anything, the maids even smoked us up the last day when we were out of our own!

my advice would be get something closer to the superclubs. Walking a lot suxs when your hammered. Im not all for the superclubs but thats where most of the action will be.

1. Boardwalk 2. Summit 3. Chateau 4. Holiday Inn Sunspree If those are booked up, I would try the Days Inn. If all those are booked, then Best Western might be okay. I would use it as a last resort though. |

Yeah we were originally going to stay at the Boardwalk, but because some of our people bailed out we're switching hotels to save money. I stayed at Beachbreak for the past 2 years, and that's even further down the strip so I don't mind the long walk/drive.

i'm staying there and was wondering the same. we will most likely want to be close to everything.... sooo how much walking does it involve? miles wise? i don't really mind the walking so much ..i could probably use it! haha ..and we will probably just take a cab or like they mention - free shuttle service to the clubs at night. the hotel was CHEAP so you won't see me complaining!!

It's not within walking distance of most the clubs. Harpoon Harry's and Latitudes are walkable, but it's a little bit of a hike. You'll definitely have to drive to LaVela, Spinnaker, Hammerhead Freds, Coyote Ugly, etc. If you don't mind taking a cab or shuttle, you should be fine. Traffic is bad on the strip during the evening hours, so you'll want to plan accordingly.

yeah, heard the traffic gets bad.. so we will probably head out earlier.... but at least there's the option. we will most likely drive around during the day. at night i'd much rather take a cab or shuttle .. getting taken around everywhere we wanna go.sounds good to me!! hahah
