I work out year round...so im tryiing to gain weight. lol. jan1st i was roughly 173lbs at about 13-14% today 2/19/08 im about 182 at 10-9%. But i seem to turn up the intensity the closer it gets!

Yea I'm in a bulking stage. I've gone from 150 this time last year to 185(current). I've slacked off from working out due to school, work, and other things taking up my time so I'm def. not looking like I want to right now, but thats ok b/c in the long run it'll all work out. I'm going to try and get as cut up as possible before SB gets here though. How do you guys check your BF %? Do you get someone at the gym to grab the caliper tool and do it for you or what?

Cutting down...
November - 226pnds (% body fat alot) January 1st - 215pnds (%body fat still a chunk) February 16th - 198pnds (%body fat, still not a lean cut by any mean) I hope to be 185ish...by March 19th when I leave. I pretty much do this every year, start around 220 sumtin after bulkin up, and then shed alot of the fat. The first 2 pics are from 3 years ago in Virginia beach. The next two pics are from Cancun, 2 years ago, and the last pic was from Acapulco...last year. I was around 185/190 in all the pics...last year I didn't even get any good beach photos well first of all Acapulco has nasty beaches, 2nd of all, I never brought my camera to the pool since it's a $350 camera... |

I wanted to gain weight,and it seems is working out...

i work out 4 times a week and cant seem to cut 285 pounds.....
then again im 6'5 and can bench press over 500 pounds.... ![]()

Velocity Diet
If anyone here is looking for a last minute crash diet.. you should try "The Velocity Diet." Granted.. it is a "crash diet" and shouldn't be done more than the recommended 28 days, or else you can really screw up your cortisol levels and metabolism. Other than that, most people have maintained a majority of LBM and had significant bf% drops. Google it and something should come up. Its pretty big right now, esp with T-Nation promoting it. Real tough diet though, not for the weak.

Freshman to soph year I was able to drop about 55lbs (weighed about 230 entering college). Since mid-soph year i've been stable at 175, but still want to drop another 10-15. Finally started lifting and running 4-5 days/week 2 weeks ago, and plan to keep it up until summer. So far i've dropped about 3 lbs, probably can hit 8 by PCB. We'll see what happens.

I think dieting is a bunch of bs personally....the majority of the time it just messes with your body. I weigh between 175-185 at all times and work out 4-5 times a week....body fat could use some work, im 6'1 so its not too bad

Yeah I've been dieting and working out like crazy. I'm down to 362 lbs...52% body fat...I'm gonna get all the chicks man! You know what I'm gonna do? I'm gonna grind every piece of ***** that walks through that door. Alright? I'm gonna f'n grind them until my f'n **** falls off!
