I was thinking the other day there should be a sticky or something telling a little bit about the hotels and the age limit of reservations. i know i could look up each and every hotel but not all hotels tell how old you have to be to book a room with them. i say this because not too many people know which hotels will let 18+ or only people 25+ book a room at their hotel. i think it would help a lot of people out in the end...just a thought nothing to big.

I think it's mainly the condos that have a 25+ age limit. None of the hotels do that I know of. Most of the condos require at least one person to be 25+ unless you rent from a private owner. If you rent from a private owner, they can rent to whoever they want.

Yeah, I spent like 2 weeks trying to find condos that rented to under 25...there are VERY few, and most private owners also stick to the same policy. The homeowner's association changed that up from last year. Also, as a side note, nearly all of the hotels down there require someone over 21.
