Im looking to stay at a condo from March 8 to March 15. Their are 4 people in the group all under 25. Im trying to find somthing on the beach not to far from La Villa and Spinnaker...

Your best bet then is to book thru a private owner so you can get around having to have a 25 year old with you....try vbro.com and see whats left

I found even if it is privately owned, it's a condo policy of having somone atleast 25 years of age present....

Oh really?? Im pretty sure some other guys on this board said they have gotten around it before by doing that.....i could be wrong im sure someone else will leave something tomorrow about it.....

Try this place: thats where my group's staying. They should still have rooms left, not too pricey, right on the beach, and not too far from the superclubs.

The sunbird is 25 and up, but I rented through VRBO.com and found somebody that would book the room to us(we are all 22). It's a decent cheap place thats not even a mile away from the super clubs.

I got a condo at long beach resort and no one in our group is 25. I was just upfront with them about it and said no of us were 25 but that we were told some owners will rent their place out anyway. Most of them said they would, some said they wouldn't.

One guy I talked to said you not only had to be 25 but he didn't rent to single people. WTF is that? It shouldn't be that hard to find someone that will rent to you guys.
