How is the weather down in panama around late march?

Do people go swimming, or is the water still cold?

That water is def cold during peak week which would just be a week before you get there.....the only time im in that water is if im drunk which is prolly the worst time to be in it

It's usually in the mid to upper 70s in late March. I don't think you'll see hi 80s.

The pools are never too bad, and I know I always get in the ocean at least once or twice. It's still pretty cold though.
