How much is summit and boardwalk (condo not hotel) thru a private owner? I'm tired of being overcharged I'm going straight to the source for next year.

first year.. we let our brothers friend book the room for us.. well.. once we got there summit said we didnt have reservations..
luckily they had a room.. we paid about 250 a person...

last year.. i beleive we all paid about 220 a person.. through private condo..

this year it was 250.. but instead of puttin the deposit all in my name.. i divided it among everyone so it was 300 a person

and good thing i did that cuz we didnt get it back.. hahahahah

I think padre is gonna be a huge let down compared to pcb......def not even close in camparison, if you arent gonna be back id go to mexico

I rented mine through VRBO and it was like 250/person for Summit.
And she didn't require a deposit.
The only way she would need you to pay one is if the room got trashed.
I am looking at boardwalk next year. Who's in?

if you're talking about the Boardwalk Hotel, I'm in. I couldn't have had a better time than I had there this year

I've been to Padre, PCB, and Mexico, and PCB wins hands down. I agree with Josh that Padre's gonna be a letdown, but it seems like you've got your mind made up, and plus you have 42 people, so pretty much anywhere would be fun. Just make sure you go to Padre on Texas week, otherwise it'll be an even bigger letdown compared to PCB

I'm going to Vegas in August for sure--either the weekend of the 1st or the weekend of the 8th (I have a problem with going to Vegas too much, even though I barely gamble). Which weekend are you going?
