Everytime I get on here there are one or two names on and 20 guests..Its 3:30 in the morning now and there are still 10 guests on....So obviously you have questions and want to know things so why don't you sign up..it takes a minute and it beats sitting there not saying a word....

/agree. since i have joined tripsmarter my spring breaks have been ledgendary compared to what they were before, you really are shooting youself in the foot by "guest browsing" instead of registering. everyone here is cool and there is probably more than a 100 years of combined spring break knowledge to be harvested. student city and similar sites just dont offer the kind of community that we have here. so please participate, the more the merrier.

alright my quesiton: where's the best condo to stay at? I was looking at the summit, but it appears everyone is saying they're really strict. where would you guys suggest?

The only other party place to go is boardwalk but it comes with increased price.

If you don't care about having the nicest condo possible..you really do have a couple options besides Boardwalk and the Summit....They arent as wild as the Boardwalk or the summit but u can always go to the boardwalk anytime u want.......The Moondrifter and the Top of the Gulf are in between the Boardwalk and Summit and are right in the prime location.......And you are looking at prices around $600 for a whole week if the prices are the same as last year....so we are talking 6 ppl $100 each........cant beat it

edit: i just looked at edgewater's site it says you have to be 25, but the vrbo doesn't mention anything. should i ask when i call or just not say anything?

if it's not listed on vrbo, how am i supposed to know?
