boardwalk condos, the are very close to superclubs, loose security, and a great party hotel. not the cheapest, but i dont think 200 bucks a person for 7 days is that expensive for a spring break hotel.

Iagree, I love the condo's!!!!! The last time in PCB I got a 4 bedroom that sleeps 10+ and it was amaizing!!!!!!!!!!!! Also, it was easy to stumble back from the superclubs after a late night of partying!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is worth the money!!!!!!!!!!!

I voted for the Summit because of their crazy party atmosphere this go around but I have a feeling it might all change after I stay at the Boardwalk condos.

Daniel, the boardwalk condos are nicer the summit!!!!!!!!!!! The Summit was at its peak when MTVu used it as it's home but has been on a steady decline since.......

You know I enjoy the boardwalk condos, heck we stay there all the time, but I have to say the Chateau would have to be one of the craziest places we've ever stayed during SB.

I'm gonna have to say that the Summit is one of the craziest party hotels. However, the downsides are

That smell of urine in the elevators (which rarely work) and hallways

Strict security: no wrist band, no admittance. Anyone is game for being kicked out at anytime

Room conditions: My room had holes in the wall, dirty sheets, unwashed dishes, and trash that had never been taken out when we checked in. Dan don't even get me started about your toilet.

Boardwalk condos for me this year, I'm going half way to high class...

Ahhh yes.........how could i forget the infamous toliet! Someone took the top of the reservoir tank and everything was corroded inside. GROSS! And of course with everyone drinking it became a huge hassel waiting for someone to get out of the other bathroom.

I might have to crash with you guys one night out at the BW condo. I'll just need a place to sleep and shower and brush my teeth in the AM. lol

wheres origin of seahaven.. last year was its first spring break and it was nuts. its kinda far from the major clubs but the pool and parties were crazy. they werent really strict at all.. we drank with all the security guards and the cop that was there and they all knew were were under 21.. good times lol.. rooms were amazing by the way. i see some of you were complaining about how dirty summit is but this place was clean as hell when we got there.. i guess it helped that it was brand new

we stayed at the chateau last year and had a blast--damage deposit wasn't to high cops weren't in your face all the time, we have made our reservations already for this year (march 7) price was great see ya there

I looked at the websites and prices and It's only like 300 a person to put 5 people in the biggest suite in the Boardwalk condos for a week. I am def. staying there. Now I just gotta figure out how many classes im going to cut and what day I'm gunna come down =)

Hi! My girlfriends and I are planning on coming down 3/7-3/14 and I'm in charge of the planning.

I REALLY like the Boardwalk but I'm wondering if I rent a condo through a private owner, will we be given the wristsbands that allow us access to the hotel's parties/mtvu events? Or do we need to rent through the hotel speacifically?

Also the Summit or the Chateau? Yes or no?
