I went around vrbo.com looking for an owner that will rent to a 21 year old and found several that would do it.

Yeah, I have found a few on vrbo.com, but most of them want my group to throw down a $500 security deposit. The last 2 times I was in PCB, one of my friends kicked down our room door at the Edgewater, and someone spilled a cooler full of "Get laid lemonade" all over the floor at the Days Inn. In other words, we're probably throwing away any security deposit that we pay. We're going to have a blast though because you only live once.

You did all of that damage, but yet you're complaining about the security deposit? I'm not one to point out the obvious but it looks like they have a legit reason as to WHY they all request one.
