Boardwalk Hotel - Deposit?

Hey guys. I have a Question.

3 weeks ago i Booked my Room in the Boardwalk Hotel. After the Registration, i've got an Email with the Registration confirmation and the confirmation Number, so far so good. But until now the deposit of the first night inclusive tax was not deducted yet. Is it normal that they need so long to deduct the deposit? Currently iam afraid that something has been gone wrong..

Maybe someone has made experience with the Boardwalk!

i already wrote a Email, but they do not answer!

We usually had to pay the deposit upon arrival, but they might have changed it!

on my registration is written:

"Deposit Policy: All reservations require a deposit of the first nights room an tax. This is due at the time of booking and must be done with a valid credit card. All major credit cards are accepted"

You maybe mean the security deposit? Which you have to pay at the arrival? I know that i have to pay that, but above it is a another thing...

Yeah I'd call back down there and find out whats going on. I stayed there 4 times and they always took the first nights rent to hold the room when we called and booked. Like Jason said the security deposit is taken when u check in
