Will this never end?????

A federal lawsuit, filed by four unnamed woman against Joe Francis and his "Girls Gone Wild" empire, will go forward.

Monday federal judge Richard Smoak rejected a motion filed last month by Francis' attorneys to dismiss the lawsuit.

The 4-women filed the lawsuit against Francis and Girls Gone Wild in federal court in Bay County in April. They claim Girls Gone Wild camera crews videotaped them in the nude and performing sex acts in Panama City Beach during Spring Breaks in 2000, 2002 and 2003.

The women ranged in ages from 13-to-17 at the time the acts allegedly happened. This past summer their attorneys moved to take the lawsuit to class action status, which Judge Smoak denied.

The lawsuit came less than a month after Francis settled his pending criminal case here in Bay County, over his activities during Spring Break 2003. In March, he pled no contest to a felony charge of child abuse and 2-misdemeanor charges of prostitution.

Francis also pled no contest to 2-misdemeanor charges of violating posted jail rules, after he was caught with prescription drugs in his jail cell in April 2007.

There's no word on a trial date for this latest federal lawsuit.

This is getting stupid. I think they should have to deal with it for making poor, stupid decisions. I mean we hold people who smoke harmless marijuana in jail, but let these women put another man in jail for filming the girls while they were getting naked and having sex in public...wtf. Our government and judicial system is a FAILURE!

Did the guy hold a gun to their head or force them in any shape or form to get naked? NOPE! If they can't prove they were forced into those acts, he should be set free...I bet they even wanted one of his T-Shirts at the time of the act!

Im with ya man. The girls are usually the ones all for it. They can live with the stuff they did, hey its their fault for getting drunk in the first place....The only thing I dont agree with, and I really cant believe it, is that they were filming 13 year old girls?? I mean really....thats hard to believe, what 13-15 year old girls are gonna do crazy stuff for the camera's and why the hell would they film that..
