Looks like Jimmy Magic decided to visit PCB early with his concealed carry.

Panama City Beach Police need your help to find a suspect they believe fired a shot with a rifle at Spinnaker Beach Club Sunday morning.

It actually happened in their parking lot around 2:30 a.m.

The suspect was allegedly driving a truck when he had an argument with another man. The short exchange was followed by a shot from the driver's rifle into the air before he sped off.

Police tell NewsChannel 7 witnesses are describing the fire arm as an AK-47 type rifle.

Police say the man had about four or five other people with him in a gray Chevy Silverado extended cab.

No one was injured, however police are still looking for the suspect.

If you have any information on the early morning incident you're asked to call Panama City Beach Police at 233-5000.

Just another reason why people should just walk away when they get into a fight or see one. People these days can't be trusted. No longer are the days of beating someone's ***, then buying each other a beer.

Some people are extremely irresponsible. Carrying has nothing to do with proving how "tough" or not someone is. I agree, some people think b/c they carry they are billy bad *****, but majority of gun owners don't carry to show their "toughness". And pulling their gun would be the absolute last resort, and thats only in a life or death situation.

But I agree, the guy who fired off into the air is a complete jack*****.

As for the whole gun carrying deal....this must be a southern thing bc I know for a fact I never hear about this stuff up here in Iowa/Illinois. People dont carry a weapon up here unless they are going hunting, and I believe that is the only reason u need to have a gun on you if you are a normal citizen. You cant be that big of a worrier that u have to carry a gun....

Where do you guys run into people like this?? I mean I understand having one in your house to protect your family if you are seriously from an area that bad, but who do u need to defend your family against out on the streets. I mean if I had to carry a gun on me when im with my family out and about.....its time to get the **** out of whatever ghetto I live in or crime filled city

Its obvious you're not a cop, never rode with a cop, or related to one. There are people like this every where to be honest. You'd be surprised at how many people walk through your nicest mall with guns underneath their cloths. Some of them are on the verge of flipping their lid, others are nothing to worry about. Have you not paid attention to all the shootings in random places all over our country through out the years? Now days, it'll happen any time, any where. You never know.

to be fair it still sucks you can get a gun if you want one and theres many shootings.

England is going to the dogs at the moment crime is going way up its so unsafe.

all gun restrictions do is take the guns away from law abiding citizens. criminals dont give a crap if its against the law to carry, their criminals. and in response to smitty, i have never had to use or pull out my gun. but before i was 21 when i lived in miami i had a gun pulled out on me 3 seperate times where i was very much in fear of my life. so really its not that i live in a bad area, i'm just always prepared for the worst so that the worst doesnt happen to ME
