First Timer...Question

Hi Everyone! I'm travelling from VA to PCB and I am SO AMPED.

Question...

1) How is the drive from Ft. Walton Beach to PCB? Cheapest flight out of DC was to VPS.

2) I'm bringing my 19 y/o bro and his Best Friend. Will they have a wild time like the 21+ crowd?

3) We're staying at the Holiday Inn Sunspree. They charge $20 for each adult after 2 people ...so I told them there is only going to be 2 in my room. Do they monitor or should we be ok??

4) OR should I just book a room at the Boardwalk Beach Condo?? They look like they have more to offer....

Thanks for answering

Book at the Boardwalk use VRBOŽ is Vacation Rentals By Owner
Holiday Inn Sunspree has some of the most strict security policies. You have to be wearing a wristband just to get in. They will only give you two wristbands if you said you have two people in your room.

Of course! its Panama City Beach! Though they won't be able to drink in the clubs they can pre game and post game it up. Im sure they wont have trouble finding any hotel parties either.

call sunspree and pay the money or your other occupants wont get a wristband and wont be allowed into the hotel. i know it sucks but they have the FBI/CIA/DEA/ATF/her magesty's royal secret service handling security and you WONT be able to sneak them in.

I thought about Booking the Boardwalk....it seems more laxed and they don't have any occupancy restrictions.

Thanks! I think I might switch my reservation. I knew there was a reason the hotel called me to confirm the number of occupants! Wanted to Track my Guests so they can get paid! NO THANKS

Dont worry about that Boardwalk is more of a party place MTVu stage is infront and its next door to Spinackers and LA vela! and other party hotel summit next to hat to make the party on this section of beach huge.

WKUSpringBreaker posted this map that REALLY helped me plan our trip.
Google Maps

It might seem a little overboard but I actually mapquested the addresses between some of the bars and clubs we were most interested in with the hotels/condos we liked best. I then called a group meeting where I had listed on a spread sheet the pro/cons of various hotels and the 3 deciding factors were number of bathrooms, distance and full kitchen. In that order...

This is seriously the last time I'm "Party Captain" for this many chicks.

Also, cehck this map

The whole beach is "the party area". It doesn't matter where you stay. Idk how many times I've got to say it but it doesn't really matter where you stay as long as security isn't strict as crap. There will be parties EVERYWHERE. Chances are you won't even go to the clubs as much as you think you would. Unless you're just hell-bent on going.

Also, half the beach cruises the "strip" all night.
