Some places may not even ask. A lot of times you can get by being just about any age as long as you have a credit card. I know most places in PCB are 21 and 25 to rent. However, I've had no issues this year or in the past getting a place to stay.

Yea at that age the hotels should be fine.

There's also the Boardwalk Beach Resort Hotel, which rents rooms to 18 year-olds. Major party hotel. I was going to go here until I upgraded to a condo next door. During peak times of Spring Break their rates can be pretty fair, and the more people you bring the more ways you can split it and the cheaper it shall be. It's nextdoor to two superclubs and within walking distance of most of the nightlife in either direction. They are also the host for this year's mtvU Spring Break stage.

Chateau, Boardwalk, Days Inn, Casa Loma and many others rent to anyone over 18. Some places (such as the upend resorts and condos) you need atleast one person over 21.
