Under 25 - Can't book any good condos?
Hi guys-
So, the boardwalk condos have an age minimum of 25. So, I look into more places, and decide that the long beach condos are a good option... Only to find out that their minimum age is 25 as well! I see on the "who's going, when, and where" thread that there are some under 25 people staying at the long beach condos. Do they enforce their minimum age rule? Do you guys have any other suggestions at this point? I want to book now, but it's driving me nuts! Can anyone give me suggestions? It's just me and my buddy heading down. |

VRBOŽ is Vacation Rentals By Owner
look at boardwalk and summit, if you can find any open rooms. speak with the owners specifically, a lot of them work around the 25 age restriction.. |

That shouldnt be a problem either most the owners seem to send the keys accross and things

A little risky but I guess you should be fine. Just don't let them see your ID when you check in...

Yeah, everything is fine. The owner actually saw this thread and caught me in my "fib". She called me, and we straightened things out though.

I understand that actual people rent out certain rooms that they own through vrbo, but wouldn't the building itself have the policy that every condo would have to follow? Including being 25 years of age to rent no matter who the particular room is owned by?

I am 19, and have a condo booked at boardwalk through an owner on VRBO. You dont even talk to the front desk. You get all of your wristbands, parking passes, keys, etc. through the owner. I suppose if you were breaking **** and pissing people off they could try to evict you by checking your IDs, but if you arent an idiot, you have nothing to worry about.
