Days Inn question?
I used the search feature but I didn't really get much from it so I thought I'd start a new topic. I've been here to the pool during non-spring break weeks but I've never been to the hotel during spring break. Any of yall ever stayed here? If so, how is the party life, security and all that good stuff? Thanks for any feedback.

We're going to Days Inn this year and I visited it lots last year to visit some girls. Place looks awesome, partying is wild around it (stages are set up right around the hotel on the beach) and from what I have heard security is pretty slack, all pretty friendly. What week ya goin? 7-14 here, driving 30 hours from canada!

I stayed at Days Inn one year for 4th of July....and one year for Spring break. Security was pretty strict. They wanted to see everyone's wrist bands. Parking SUCKED. If the parking lot is full, you have to fend for yourself across the street.

How was the partying at the hotel? I assume there will be a lot of people staying there. I'll be there either the 12th-15th, Canadian. I only got a 6 hour drive from Atlanta though lol.

I don't remember them having any "events" at the hotel....but Ramada and Days Inn share a pool/hot tub area where most of the people who stay there meet up to drink and kick it.
In comparing it to places I've stayed in the past...they didn't have a ".50 cent draft between 1 and 3"....or any contests at certain times of the day. Honestly, I don't think it will bother you, because there will be SO many people there...and just about everyone is friendly. My only advice would be to learn the back roads...unless u enjoy sitting in traffic for 2 hours to go 1.5 miles. :) |

Lol yup, back beach road is a life saver. I've been down here the last 6 or so years so I know my way around for the most part

When I was "visiting" the hotel last year it seemed like they had one of the most popular beach areas for people in front to chill and get smashed...lots of kegs buried in the sand also. The cutest girls were situated around that hotel last year. If ya walk a bit you get the stages where they have the bikini contests and what not...I don't know if they do wet t-shirt on these stages, I've heard ya gotta go to Latitudes or La Vela. But annyways, great hotel from what I've heard and nice rooms.

All of the rooms are ocean front from what I remember...and pretty roomy. This section of beach does seem a little more popular than other hotels in the area. I don't think you'll be disappointed at all.
