Any thoughts on staying @ the Holiday Inn or Grandview condo's for SB09? Car parking? Any of them require u 2 b 25? Thanks for the suggestions..never been to FL b 4.

Not too sue on Grandview but I've been to PCB twice (this year will be my third) and I've always stayed at the sunspree. A lot of people prefer to be right next to the super clubs...but the Sunspree is kinda nice because it's smack dab in the middle of the strip. One way are super clubs and the other way are some of the other hot spots. So it's kinda nice being in the middle of it all.

The hotel itself is awesome/clean. Beautiful pool and there is a lot of action on the beach front. Lots of vendors passing out free stuff/games/contests. It is a little more pricey than other hotels but I like what I get for my money

There is a party store downstairs next to the pool where you can get your beer/snacks too.
