Boardwalk Condos (What site to buy from?)

New guy here. I've been looking around and doing some research on where to stay for Spring Break in Panama, and have heard a lot of good things about the Boardwalk condos.

I'd like to get it through one of the sponsored sites that offer all the extra events and party cards, etc. I know of Studentcity.com, but was wondering if there might be better ones to order from? Also, how do I make sure I'm getting a condo and not a hotel room? (Sorry if this is a stupid question.)

My group is either going to be 4-5 people, if that makes a difference.

Thanks!

dont use studentcity man, all those cards are worthless, and you pay alot of extra money for nothing. as for renting the room that depends on wether your 25 or not.
if you must have one of those cards then get the panamaniac card but you can buy it when you get there cash, i think their like 40 bucks.

i found the following link here at tripsmarter, so i'll keep the knowledge flowing by reposting:

vrbo.com - vacation rental by owner

i think by now most listings are fairly picked over, but every person i contacted sounded nice and responded quickly.

As said before VRBO is probably going to be the best bet. What I have found is that although it takes a super long time just start at the top of the boardwalk condos, check the dates and prices then call and or email all of them. Being that its pretty close to spring break I would also check craigslist.com so see if they have any cancellation specials, but besides that just take an hour of two and go through everyone of them.. Also might want to ask about paying in full early, sometimes they will give you a better rate..
