Cameras
I've never been down for spring break so this may be a stupid question...but what is the policy on cameras in the clubs? are they allowed or not? I dont wanna have to walk all the way back to my hotel to drop it off.

Cameras are definitely ok. I'm not sure about video cameras. I think some places frown on that. (not sure why).

I think all places allow you to take photos. Recorded film is not allowed on most places properties. That includes parking lots. If you go to La Vela during the day, they won't even allow them in your backpack or bags.
Beach, Hotel, Strip etc are all fine. (Just don't claim you are with girls gone wild or you might have a cop down your neck) |

i look out of place because of my age, so i stand out.. i carried my camera everywhere. video is definately not allowed in lavela. they did not check my backpack. i was asked if i was a pro or working for someone more than once. i would have been asked to leave if i was.

Ive never had a problem using a camera day or night at the Tiki Bar. My buddy also didnt have any trouble using his camera to film the wet t shirt contests
