Ticket for underage possession... Questions?! HELP
Ok so me and my two friends got underage charges in PCB
 Well we called the number and the ticket is 417$... Me and my friend have got this crazy idea to go back to pcb for court if it would be worth it. Its bout a good 7 hour drive. I called the number back and she sounded VERY confident that it would be worth the trip back but them we called some friends that live in PCB and they said you will never beat the charge you will have to pay any ways and all that.... So Im asking what would you do or does has anyone experienced this or someone they know? Like I said if it would be worth driving back then we are all for it!

I would say that it would be better to go back and plead no guilty than to plead no contest. If it's your first serious ticket then you should get off with just paying court cost and fees... Thats how they handled it with me and my friends, mainly because it was our offense ever.. Hope this helps, but I would def go back down there for court...

They are getting strict about underage consumption down there. You may get screwed if you have to pay out the ticked price and the court fees. It could go either way based on the judge.

I would say contact an attorney in the area and get their input...they would know best.

Contact an attorney b/c you won't get out of the charge unless. It's kinda a win-win deal for the attorneys and cops down here...****ed up ain't it? lol

Thanks everyone. I got it all figured out now. After hours of calling, and beign put on hold and transferred. I finally got to talk to the district Attorney office && I got out of it!!! All i gotta do is communtiy service. Im pretty stoked about doing it haha

What can I say... I do what I do :)
I worked them up good and they let me go with no strings attatched. I got my community service over with today and I should be good to go... Oh and I not only got myself out of the ticket but I got my other two friends out of it also as long as they do their community service. Haha Im defiantly not getting another one... I got my birthday down now... 10-5-87...10-5-87... 10-5-87. I just gotta remember to not studder this time LMAO
