Icon5 Has anyone ever rented a beach house?

I was just wondering if anyone has ever rented a beach house for spring break? I saw a couple for rent on vibro and they look nice. I want to do something a little different than just the normal hotel room so I'll either be renting a condo or a house.

I rented a house last year and it was my 1st year at PCB and spring break. This year we are renting a 3 bedroom condo. I think if you want to be around people and be where the parties are at then you should rent at a condo. If you want to get away from all that and it be more quite then a house is good. Does anyone know if the Mejestic Beach Towers will be poping off?

The house is right next to the sunbird so maybe it would be a mixture off both partying and be a little private at the same time.

IMO, stay at a condo...a house is cool and all but no one really does it and u dont even have a pool or an amazing ocean view

This house does have an ocean view (its right in between the Sunbird and Boardwalk) but I'm probably still leaning toward a condo.
