When do the hotels let you see rates and booking for March? I've been on VRBO but would like to know some prices of the condos the hotels book through their site.

just go on there website or call them directlly....IMO, ur not gonna get a better price other then VRBO

o and btw, stay away from those spring break sites....there pricing suck for PCB but they do have great packages for out of country destinations (cancun, jamaica, acapulco etc )

Yeah, I've checked those spring break sites out before and they are way over priced. I'm kind of a spring break vet but I've not been to PCB in the last 3 or 4 years so I'm kind of rusty. The websites aren't giving rates yet so I might just have to give them a call. I've never went through Vbro before but figured they were a better deal seeing that you cut the middle man out. I just want to know that I'm getting a good deal before I book through a independent owner rather than the hotel itself.

There are open for booking now. I just booked ours on VRBO, but I did call around and they gave me prices.. Some websites don't have prices but just call and they are more than happy to take your money...

1. All condo buildings have homeowner's associations that typically hire or approve a company to be onsite and manage the rental of units for owner's who participate.

2. Owner's contract through a 3rd party rental company other than the one on-site.

3. Owner's rent on their own by using such sites at VRBO (vacation rental BY OWNER)

If you want a hotel room, search for hotels in the area and visit the hotel's website.
