Found a condo 3br 3ba at the condo for like 2000/wk for spring break. She is willing to rent to me as I am 21. Question is will this be worth it?

Am I in a good location for beach parties/clubs?
Close to a lot of young springbreakers?
Does the condo allow guests and parties?
Will I be able to have fun in the condo without getting kicked out?
Will my bracelet get me into the broadwalk hotel pool?

Seems pricey, try getting as many quotes as you can. To answer your other questions,

Does the condo allow guests and parties? They do allow guest, its best if you get a guest wristband, depending on security at the moment you prolly can just drive in and get waved off.

Will I be able to have fun in the condo without getting kicked out? Depends on how loud you get and who might hear and complain.

Will my bracelet get me into the broadwalk hotel pool? I dont remember going to their pool but the BW hotel was no problem.

I checked the boardwalk beach hotel and their kings suite which sleeps 4 is around 2400 for the week. The condo is nicer and sleeps at most 8. Im just wondering if its worth it cause I know you can throw down in the hotel its all springbreakers, but the condo?

Also the summit which I know is another good hotel in the area is pretty much booked. So do you guys think the condo is worth it?

2000/week for 3br/3ba doesn't seem bad at all. Daniel what're you paying and where at?

I think we paid around 1200, maybe 1400 tops, you would have to ask CTFlash. Was a 3bd, 3ba, and was one of the most tricked out condos you can get there. They had mirrors set up in the bathroom so you could see the ocean while your taking a shower, insane!

Yeah I feel like you can find a cheaper option for that condo. I've seen 1200-2000...so they are out there still..
