Sophia booked ours through a private owner. $2550 for the week for a 4/3 condo. I thought she booked us at the HOTEL, but she booked us at the condos.

I have used VRBO in the past. I would check there first before going directly through the hotel.

Check Craigslist as well. On both VRBO and Craigslist you'll find private owners who rent out their condo's using their own rates instead of the Condo's default rate. Some people have used the same room 2+ yrs in a row and have developed a relationship with the renter and actually get better deals than they did before. You just gotta do some research and call around man. Also look up real estate companies in Panama City on the internet and call around, they sometimes have vacation rentals as well.

I am hoping to be in PCB March 6-13, Probably not the Boardwalk though, I am having troubles finding enough friends to get a cheaper condo like Sunbird.
