I'd say some sort of "hack" or maybe just a hardware failure?

Sorry guys, we're doing some work to repair a minor hack to our system over the weekend.

Everything (including the chat) should be back to normal within a couple hours.

Yea, I agree with Trigger, I think the chat boxes being gone will actually help the threads (fingers crossed)

Yep, the embedded Chatbox wasn't functioning correctly after we upgraded the forum software.

We'll try and get it going again soon... for now, you''ll have to just post in the forums like.... umm... well, like this.

We might even try to find a better chat feature.. the one we've been using seemed a little flaky. Maybe we can find one with a web cam feature (or would that be too dangerous?!)
