anyone on spring break march 20th - 27th?
anyone else going to be in PC from the 20th through the 27th? we have about 15 people coming with us so it should be fun

and meagan thats funny cause we just booked two condos in Long Beach Resort too, we stayed there last year and loved it. what tower are you in?

I'm not sure exactly what tower we are going to be in. I e-mailed the owner and asked him! we are on the 10th floor, though.

I'm debating between Top of the Gulf and Boardwalk. Both owners are cool just trying to see where I can get the most bang for my buck I'll have my deposit locked in by friday on one of these. So glad I found these forums alot of info

Wow guess I didn't see the age restrictions. Looked at VRBO again and got a great deal at the summit and just got an amazing quote from long beach resort. Is there an age restriction at LBR?

it depends on the owner. some owners will only rent to you if you are 25; but a lot of them are super cool and they don't care as long as you are responsible.

Thanks meagan the owners have been pretty cool. Looks like I'll be on the 10th floor Tower 1 room 1000E

I haven't (this is my first Spring Break trip!) but I have a really good friend who stayed there last year and said that they are amazing!

First time as well but I saw how nice they were and it was a good deal for the price. Which Tower you in SB?
