Help with the age requirements
Hi everyone! I just booked a condo down there for spring break for me and my friends, I am over 25, and the reservation is in my name and credit card, so I am okay, but my friends coming with me are between 20-24...will I have problems with condo security because of this? The resort does say you must be 25, but I thought that only applied to the actual renter...any ideas? I would hate to get down there and be not allowed in our own condo because of a technicality.

From what I've seen, only one person has to be 25. That way they are responsible for anything that goes wrong, instead of the younger ones.

I am hoping that is the policy, it worries me when i see "You must be 25 to stay at our resorts"..

You should be fine I think only one person has to be over 25.

I think you guys should be fine. But you might wanna call and double check. It is better to make sure then show up and get screwed.

I am 99% sure its only one person that has to be over 25, but I have read if you book through a private owner you can usually get around the age limit completely.

ALWAYS try to book through a private owner; if nothing else, it's usually way cheaper. I've paid half the management company's going rate for an identical room simply by going straight to the owner.
