I'm sure it's been done countless times, but how much money this year do you guys plan on spending on alcohol for the week?

Personally, it depends on the year for me. This spring break, being the poor college student that I am, it looks like my alcohol budget is going to be significantly smaller than usual (i said budget, not intake!)

Last year I was much more than okay with $200 for 7 nights.

I think i probably ended up spending about $400 on booze last year. Cant remember eating much, so im pretty sure thats where the majority of my money went.

Driving again this year but stopping off in Kentucky to load the RV's up first. Figure that should make things a bit cheaper than buying down there.

So im gonna say £300 this year.

Surprisingly, it's not that much cheaper in kentucky. But, if you're going to stop, stop at Liquor Barn off the Fern Valley Road exit on I-65, that's probably the cheapest and best selection on your way down.

Thanks very much. Will make sure we stop there. I had originally thought Alabama would be the place to stop, but it seems to have a really high beer tax; so thats what made me think Kentucky.

i'm looking to buy 4 half gallons of burnetts vodka at 18 bucks each before i go for just myself, that averages out to about a 5th a day, im sure ill buy some stuff while im down there but im only thinking about 100

Im planning on loading the RV's up with enough to last us the whole time we're there. But one of my mates just pointed out that we won't stop drinking until its all gone, so its unlikely any amount is gonna last all week. Reackon we might just have to suck it up
and buy some at that Walmart.

im taking a half gallon of crown reserve and a half gallon of 100 proof southern comfort and a keg of budlight.

then i figure keep it under 100 a night whenever at club and bars.

so 500 to 600 all and all.

the first time i went i think i stayed a little over 400 but i was in high school and didnt understand the taste of a good whisky.

and last year i spent over 1000 due to taking a girlfriend and supplyin all her drinking... **** that never again in my life will i ever take a girl to SB
