25 and up... Can wwe get around that?
So me and my crew would rather stay at the edge water. No one in our group is 25 yrs old tho. Can we get someone to sign us in or get around it? If not we have another place to stay but I enjoyed edge water last time I was there.

you may be able to call the hotel and ask about it and see what they can do. Some people are pretty cool on the 25 and up rule. But i know the big places like Wyndham, Holiday Inn, Tidewater are really strict on it.
But the person who registers for you has to be there at check-in for you to get your room if there 25+. |

I also just realized that the Days Inn has the 25 year limit... good thing my travel agency didn't tell me anything about that
is it possible that its only a rule during spring break times?oh my god, I hope I won't be having any trouble checking in - didn't wonna travel like 7000 miles to deal with these problems, I just want to have a good time anyone know how strict the days inn people are? maybe they'll turn a blind eye or something

yeah i believe it is a rule for spring break only, because normally you only gotta be 18 to get your own room and stuff.
But they know there is gonna be tons of alcohol involved and people do stupid things when there piss drunk. So they know that they are gonna make a ton of money off the people who actually break stuff. So that's why there is the 25 and up rule. It only applies to Spring Break |

What website did you use? I have heard horror stories of people booking though theses sites, saying they waive the requirement, but when the people actually get there, the hotel tells them they can't check in without a 25 year old.

I booked through vrbo last year. From what I saw...most places didn't have a 25 and up rule...and most places that book through vrbo didn't care about wristbands.
If you're at the Days Inn...sorry...don't know what to tell you. I think they actually want to see everyone's ID. My advice would be to find some rubber wrist bands of many different colors before you come down....in hopes that one of them will match your hotel's color (also assumng that at least one person in your group is 25). |

You do have to be 18 at least. If you have to 21, they tell you on the site. |

Here is a prime example of why you shouldnt use studentcity
They wanted over $400 a person for a room at Laketown Wharf and through vrbo we got it for about $150 a person |

I would never ever book thru Student City. They charge WAY TOO MUCH. But the site I booked through was like 1/2 their price. |
