Ocean Ritz?!?1
hey,
We got a group of 12 coming from north texas... we got a suite at Ocean Ritz, but i havent heard anything about it? reason i booked there was cuz we got a real good deal and its seems like its close by everything... any input would be great!

It won't be filled with breakers, but you'll have a couple groups i'm sure. Plus Long Beach is next door, and a decent amount of people are renting there.

Pretty sure it has a minimum check-in age of 25. If you didn't book through an owner on vrbo.com you might want to double-check.

i booked through an owner... i noticed on the website it mentioned you have to be 25 but nowhere on the contract did it say that... he also mentioned that it wouldnt matter... besides we have a guy going with us who is 26, so worst case senario we can say it was his reservation...

Oh you're good then. I'm pretty sure you only need one 25+ anyways. We're staying next door at Ocean Villa... both those places look new/nice.
