Any crazy stories to tell? Run in with the cops? Drama? Etc...

Our trip was pretty good. We definatly did have the best of luck with the cops tho. Seemed like this year they had twice as many out to get us.

For those who havent been....
-Dont go 15 miles over thru Alabama. Its a $300 ticket
-If your in the front seats wear your seat belts. Its a $110 ticket each
-Dont stop to load & unload people in the road (even tho we were pulled to the side). You will get a warning.
-Dont go 10 miles over when your a hour away from home, Tennesse state troopers will get ya. But we got let off the hook.
-Note to self for next year. Dont drive a loud, suped up red mustang... The cops seem to be drawn to ya.

We went through Bama without a problem, but when we got back to Illinois we saw a number of them out.

trip was good, it just seems like it goes by way too fast. i can remember just getting there, and now im back at home

The boys were in the speed trap area, where it goes from like 45 to 65 to 55. and the Only time they saw a cop was the time they got pulled over haha. Our luck wasnt on our side this week thats for sure.

It does go by way to fast. But this year I was happy to be going home. There was way to much drama with the ppl I stayed with. & security was not to happy with us. One more complaint and we had to leave. Alot of people were getting thrown out of Boardwalk. Did it seem like security was stricter this year for those of you who have stayed there before & stayed there again this year?

yes security was more strict at boardwalk, but still more lenient than most, and i saw sooooooooo many troopers while i was driving through bama, especially montgomery/eufula area

Man so Alabama is the place where cruise control should take over huh..Whats the speed limit?

We saw quite a few on the way back but really not many on the way up there. We took a different route then most (backroads) but the one time there is one was the time they got pulled over. There is a speed trap goin thru there. The speed limit changes so much so just pay attention.

Yeah it seemed like some securtiy was cool as hell and others were very strict. We got 2 warnings & the security guard helped us out, told a fib and got one thrown out. We made friends with a few of them that let us slide on alot of things. They wouldnt let me in the hot tub one night cause I was so wasted then I walk back down there and the other security guard told them to put me in the hot tub to soak the alcohol outta me. LOL. The place was beautiful tho!
