Dean is it true that club lavela will be torn down in year or two ??
I was on lavela.com foruns and some guy said it was sold and will be torn down in 2 years and be replaces with condos.=(

the local paper here had an article quoting the owners and they said that no, it was not sold... however it is for sale. the price? 69 million!
but don't get worried... the property is not worth near that much (yet) and I don't expect anyone to pay that much in the near future. club la vela will be here for a long time!
