Well, the newness hasn't even worn off at Pier Park and already St. Joe is planning to develop a new shopping center across the street.

Located on 58 acres across Back Beach Road from Pier Park, the new shopping complex will be more than 400,000 square feet of retail space and is being developed by the same company who developed Destin Commons.

If the early success of Pier Park is any indication for this new project, it should be another homerun.

Pier par was PACKED every time we drove by it seems. I can't believe we didn't go and check it out, I am kind of disappointed in myself for not taking a look around.

Is there a list anywhere of all the shops located in the pier park complex?
