We're going to be in the PCB, Fl area from DEC 09-APR 10. Can someone recommend where we might find a suitable facility for swimming inside for these months.

Where are you staying in PCB? Quite a few of the big condos have heated pools and some have indoor/outdoor pools like Splash.
You might also try the Bay County YMCA. Most Y's have an indoor as well as outdoor pool. They offer monthly passes for individuals, families or seniors.
