So, last night 12 of my favorite family members descended upon our little (tiny - really small) house for an unexpected (really unexpected) dinner. We do love them, and we wanted them to welcome them to Panama City Beach - we have a small (did I mention small?) house on the water with a grill on the back deck, so we decided to grill some fish and serve salads, etc.
We called Captain Anderson's and ordered Johnny's Greek Salads for 12, grilled Shrimp, some fresh baked bread and hushpuppies and desserts for the kids. We sent the son-in-laws to pick it up with instructions to also pick out some fresh whole Grouper and get them fileted for the Grill.
All was accomplished in the blink of an eye - everything packed up perfectly - we slurped up the shrimp while my husband grilled the fish - it was a great feast on the water on a breezy and beautiful summer night. Awesome! Highly recommended, especially if you don't have a huge kitchen with all the serving stuff for a big crowd. It was the perfect solution for a 'vacation house' dinner at home.

That's a great idea! Grilled grouper sounds really good right about now.
